  • Design Approval: All custom packaging orders require design approval before production begins. We will not proceed until we receive your final confirmation.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront. We accept major debit/credit cards and secure payment methods.

  • No Cancellations Post-Approval: Once you approve a design, the order enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the customised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, with supporting photographs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including logos, images, product designs, text, and layout—is the exclusive property of Printasticc and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy or reproduce content from the website

  • Reuse our designs or templates for other commercial purposes

  • Claim ownership of any of our materials or branding elements

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printasticc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability, in any event, is strictly limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or force majeure

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finishing that are within industry-standard tolerances

  • Loss of business, goodwill, or profits related to packaging use or delays

5. Product Descriptions and Colours

While we make every effort to display our products accurately, please note that:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor differences or material batches

  • Sizes and finishes may have minor deviations as part of standard manufacturing processes

We recommend requesting samples before placing bulk or high-value orders if colour accuracy or specific finishes are critical.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
